Fourteen years ago, I was stuck in survival mode, exhausted, overwhelmed by my thoughts, and convinced something was wrong with me.

As I studied psychology and started applying tools from positive psychology, CBT and narrative therapy, I realised healing wasn’t magic… it was a method.

So I documented every single step  from naming survival loops and nervous system patterns, to building tiny promises and rewriting the story I was living from.

Fast forward to now, I’ve turned that lived experience (and my psychology training) into The MindForm Method. The 9-step framework blending CBT, Narrative Therapy, and Positive Psychology to help you move from survival mode into a life that finally feels like yours.

In just 30 days, you could feel calmer, clearer, and more in control of your mind.

In the final phase, you’ll cultivate simple gratitude and joy practices, create a personal resilience and soothing plan for hard days, and map out how to keep this going. You’ll finish with a clear Future You vision, a maintenance plan, and a real sense of “I’m rising” instead of “I’m just coping.”
